Vice President of Human Resources

Stacey serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Bridges Trust, where she collaborates closely with the executive team to align the firm’s talent strategy with its overarching business objectives. Her role encompasses oversight of critical human resources functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employment branding. She also focuses on fostering a cohesive and positive employee experience. Stacey values the opportunity to advocate for the firm’s employees and contribute to creating a supportive and productive workplace environment.

Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Family Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Bellevue University. Stacey further developed her leadership skills as a graduate of the ICAN Defining Leadership program and holds certifications as a Certified Emergenetics facilitator and AchieveGlobal trainer.
