Director of Project Management

Erin Hirsch is the Director of Project Management at Bridges Trust, where she leads the planning and execution of strategic initiatives that support the Firm’s long-term objectives. She partners across investment, operations, technology, compliance, and client service teams to coordinate projects that enhance operational processes, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and support the delivery of exceptional client service.

Erin brings more than 18 years of experience leading complex business and technology initiatives across financial services organizations. She is recognized for building collaborative teams, improving business processes, and guiding cross-functional projects through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and disciplined execution.

She earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Valdosta State University. Erin also holds several professional certifications in project management, change management, and Agile methodologies, including Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM).
