Meet Stacey Buechler
Human Resources Director
Stacey serves as the Director of Human Resources of Bridges Trust. She works with the executive team to ensure the firm’s talent strategy aligns with the business strategy, responsible for the day-to-day oversight of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employment brand and overall employee experience. Stacey finds being an advocate for the firm’s employees a gratifying part of her role.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Family Sciences from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Bellevue University, is a graduate of the ICAN Defining Leadership program and is both a Certified Emergenetics facilitator and AchieveGlobal trainer. Stacey has two children and enjoys spending time supporting their activities. She also enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, fishing and camping.
Stacey Buechler’s community involvement includes Meals on Wheels Volunteer and FoodBank for the Heartland.
