Brenda Keady is the Director of Client Service at Bridges Trust, where she leads the Firm’s client service team and helps oversee the delivery of a consistent, responsive, and quality client experience. She works closely with relationship managers, operations, and trust professionals to enhance service processes, support client onboarding, and strengthen collaboration across the organization.

Since joining Bridges Trust in 2015, Brenda has become a trusted leader with deep knowledge of the Firm’s operations and client service model. Her experience across multiple areas of the business provides valuable insight into the operational processes that support clients and helps ensure service is delivered with accuracy, consistency, and care.

Brenda has successfully completed the Series 65 examination, further supporting her role in serving clients and the Firm. Her leadership reflects Bridges Trust’s commitment to delivering exceptional service while fostering lasting client relationships.
