Kayti Manley

Chief of Staff

Kayti Manley serves as Chief of Staff at Bridges Trust. In this role, she supports the strategic execution of the firm’s highest priorities, providing organizational leadership across key initiatives and internal operations. Her responsibilities include firm-wide project management, executive support, preparation of board materials, and tracking progress on critical initiatives to ensure alignment across departments. 

Prior to assuming this position, Kayti spent a decade at the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, where she led high-impact events and managed strategic sponsorships as Senior Director of Special Events. She brings experience in project and event execution, budget oversight, employee engagement, and stakeholder communication. This experience, along with her prior role as Client Experience Associate at Bridges Trust, compliments her abilities to oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of initiatives that help drive the firm’s long-term strategic objectives. 

Kayti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
