Riley Hickman

Chief Operating Officer

Riley serves as Chief Operating Officer for Bridges Trust. She is responsible for the integrity, efficiency, and effectiveness of the firms’ operations including operations strategy, investment and trust operations, technology, risk management, and administrative functions. Riley has more than 25 years of experience in financial services across asset management, wealth management, and investment banking. She finds that team engagement and ensuring they understand their value to the company and the clients the most rewarding part of her role.

Riley graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Outside of work, Riley is a TeamMates Mentor, a guild member for Autism Action Partnership and a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
